Spin Playlist: My Top 15 to Motivate Me to Keep Moving


If you follow me on instagram then you know that I love indoor cycling. It is the only thing I have been able to stick with. But, when I can't make a class I have a playlist that I cycle to. This is my first week cycling alone but I found it therapeutic.  I had to motivate myself and push myself. Cycling has made me feel stronger and happier. What music gets you going? I love hip-hop, r&b, and pop music so I created a playlist to push myself.

Remember don't be too hard on yourself, just try and do better than the day before. Music gets me going and helps me push further. What make you push harder?

  1. Hey, im looking into getting me a bike so i can workout at home. 1st week into the new year feels the same. But tomorrow is a new day to work towards the things i want this year and years to come.

    1. Yes! Have you ever taken a spin class? They are so fun (to me) and have helped me learn new movements I can do on the bike to make it not boring. Plus, you can burn 500 calories or more in an hour!
