Hello! My name is Jameka Prince. I live on the southside of Chicago with my loving husband of eleven glorious years, Christopher with our two hyper boys, Dominic Christopher (10) and Maverick Marion James(6). I am a self proclaimed introvert that has a loud mouth spirit.

My history is simple but not boring. Grew up in Waukegan, IL and attended Marquette University for Journalism/Communication. After graduation in 2003, I moved to Chicago to attend the Illinois Institute of Art-Chicago. That's where I met my awesomely gifted husband. He played hard to get at first but gave in after a while...lol

I have worked in the paper industry as a typesetter for wedding invitations. I was lucky enough to stay at home with my boys for four years before returning to work six years ago. We are still in transition but enjoying life a little more.

This blog is a love story of my life. It is a reflection of me and the things I like and love.
